Join our six-week small-group course to develop better movement patterns, learn to harness your innate neuroplasticity, find strategies that keep you engaged and motivated, and build better habits that help build a better you.
This class focuses on:
Better Movement Patterns: Learn how to move with better efficiency, reducing strain and injury.
Neuroplasticity: Learn how the brain can form new habits and how to harness neuroplasticity to create lasting change, utilizing the nine factors of neuroplasticity:
Nutrition, exercise, sleep habits, vitamins, stress, clean environment, peer group, automatic negative thoughts, and learning
The “Why” Behind Habits: Delve deep into why your past attempts at habits may have failed or caused injury and develop strategies to keep yourself engaged and motivated.
Accountability: Small class sizes (4 participants max) will ensure strong bonds form within the group, encouraging support and accountability.
